Assistance services by the Service staff are also possible at short notice in many cases, but can only be reliably ensured only if duly planned. Notification at the Mobility Service Centre no later than one working day in advance is therefore very important. Use the Triple-S Centre for requests at shorter notice. We'll then try to provide assistance fast.
