Überspringen: A workforce of 150 station staff ensures travellers enjoy excellent serviceThe focal point for services in the main stations is the ServicePoint, which offers a service for travellers that ranges from timetable information and delay confirmation notes to assistance for travellers with reduced mobility, plus information on the city and its hotels. Lost property can also be handed in at the ServicePoint, which also serves as the collection and delivery point for IC courier services.
The Travel Centre is located on the first floor, as is the DB Lounge for travellers holding a fist-class ticket, with elegant seating areas, laptop workstations and wireless LAN services.
Triple-S programme - service, safety and station cleanliness
Deutsche Bahn's Triple-S programme guarantees service, safety and station cleanliness around the clock. All the information is collected in the Triple-S Centres; this is where the images from the CCTV cameras, plus telephone and radio messages, are received and analysed, in order to take the appropriate action. The Triple-S Centres coordinate and authorise the service, safety and station cleanliness activities in and outside the station. Travellers and visitors can establish direct contact with the Triple-S Centre via information and emergency call units.
